Nakiri 7"

A Nakiri knife is a staple in any kitchen and is great for cutting vegetables and meat. The thin blade width of the Nakiri allows for accurate push cutting and chopping. 
Knife care and aging
All of our knives are hand forged, no two knives are the same.  Carbon steel knives are not stainless steel this knife will age with your kitchen.  Close attention should be taken to dry your knife after each use.
